Daisy character design for Super Mum
This is a collection of the development and final design for this character including expression sheets, turn arounds costume sketches and pose sheets.

This is a collection of images i used as inspiration for my pitch bible. For most I like the quality of line and colour as well as the use of lighting.

Life drawing 

I have really enjoyed life drawing this semester as it has continued to help develop my drawing and observation skills. I've also found it helpful to develop my drawing style and I'm really happy with the quality of line in my work. However I still need to work on shading and details such as hands feet and facial features, but I have been focused on proportions.

I then coloured the same shot I had been working on.

I cleaned up the key frames and inbetweened the same section in Toon Boom.

For the end scene I roughed out the key frame poses.

In the live brief we wanted to adjust the middle section so I came up with a few new ideas and storyboard this one. it shows one of the transitions I made and one of the bricks falling away, as it falls off screen vision and Thor fly up. Thor flies off screen and vision stays. His top flies off and his legs follow until eventually they meet in the middle and pop back together. As the child in the audio is finding something to say, vision waits and thinks.Then a tool menu, similar to a video game appears for him to select a pick axe. The pick axe takes centre screen. Vision flies in to grab it.

For the live brief we discussed whether or not we wanted to have smoke for the rocket so i did a rough test. However we decided that because the rocket pulled up the city we didn't want to distract from that.

I experimented with different transition ideas for a section in the live brief we wanted to change.
I really enjoyed roughing out these ideas and trying to animate a liquid look.
We ended up going in a different direction for this section but i think any of these would have worked if cleaned up.
